Accessory Packs for Nikons

Hi all -

Just got an email about some Nikon accessory packs. The one for the D7000 (my camera) is pretty decent and not so expensive for what you get (the only throwaway item is some DVD from Nikon).

The D7000 one includes 2 16GB cards, replacement Nikon battery, lens cleaning kit, camera strap, card reader, Nikon camera bag and that DVD. YMMV depending on what camera you have, but here you go:

If you are a beginner, that's probably a decent setup.

If you've been at it for awhile, already have a bag or bags you like, some cards, card reader, straps, cleaning kits etc, not such a great deal.

Good point. I'm definitely in the beginnier-ish camp so it's okay for me.

What part of the state are you in?

Don't discount the Nikon DVD. It'll come in handy if you ever need some information on a particular feature of the camera that you can't quite figure out. Keep it. Trust me, it WILL come in handy.

Might want to check the class or write/copy speed of the cards they are including. The lower the class, the slower the image is copied. With such a nice camera I'm sure your going to want fast memory cards.
