Hi all, I've said hello in the D300 section as that's what's heading my way for the weekend but I thought I'd introduce myself to the Nikon community at large! lol I'm an ex pro that's starting to do a bit of work again and getting gear together on a budget! Picked up the D300 as it's closest to the pro cameras I've used in the past that's in my price range. Also got a Tamron 28-75 2.8 as that seems to get very good reviews. I'll be picking peoples brains about a wide zoom soon hopefully! Anyway look forward to using Nikon cameras again and seeing what it's like on here
