New (to me) Nikkor 85mm 1.8D Lens

Just got this bad boy from Japan. My youngest agreed to play guinea pig.

These pics keep pushing me to do the 85mm prime. Very nice!

it can create some great images. a very capable lens. straight blades/bokeh on it bothers my eyes. ive been thinking of going with the 1.8g for a long time as its noticeably sharper even at open aperture, and the bokeh is better but the AF speed is half that of the D. maybe when theyll have their next sale, Ill jump on it. on thursday im going to shoot another wedding so will take it from my friends bag and try it while there.
