New J4 to be announced!

So much for the rolling them together theory! If it has the new sensor and the filter removed it would be an upgrade over the J3. Of course if it is overpriced..., the V3 is the one for me. I think it's worth about $499, will be interesting to see what they put it at.

Get the Fugi-Tx1 instead...

Another good sign that Nikon may be serious about the V/J series. I have no interest in a J4, but some folks will.

Now if Nikon would just price these cameras in a rational way they'd sell a whole lot more. I'm waiting for the price drop.

I picked up the J3 and kit lens for $349 (about $250 off original). At that price it was a great deal. I would only get this if it's below $500 with the kit lens.
