Manual Setting

I'm not sure what happened, but maybe somebody can enlighten me. I usually shoot in manual. But lately, everytime I take a picture in manual mode, the next second I take another picture, the settings are different. Mostly the shutter keeps changing speeds. Does anybody know why that might be happening?

Have you accidentally left exposure bracketing "On"? Did you also turn auto ISO "OFF"?
