Fogg Dam

Well this mornings trip to Fogg Dam was well worth it I think I got some good images.

This is an Olive Python who was in the middle of the road. I went to pick him up and move him (they normally are placid) but this one got a bit angry so I ended up pushing him with my boot, he got the hint and went swimming.

This is a Salt water crocodile I spotted around 4, but its the ones you do not see that you have to watch out for.

Great Egret prancing around. Not sure if you can see it but there is a mosquito at the back of his head.



Just incase you cannot see it here is a close up, another reason why I love my D800E.

And this was my sunrise lets see who can spot the crocodile

I think I got him...even with the center bird to the left in the center of that bit of water?

Yeah he is in the water left of the spoonbill. There is also another further out but hard to see.

Nice shots Scott. I like the rainbow of colours on that pythons head. Braver man than me wandering croc country in the dark
