Shhhhhhhhhhhhh how to quieten the D3200

My kids are in an amateur panto next week and I am going to take some shots.I will be at the back of the hall, is there anywhere/anyhow i can make the camera quieter when I take several shots at 4FPS?

If its the mirror slap you are talking about I don't think you can make that quieter.

Does the 3200 have a Quiet mode, I just looked and its listed in the product section for this camera. not sure how you enable it.

According to this (Nikon | Imaging Products | Easy operation - Nikon D3200) there is a Quiet Shutter Release mode available on using the options available when the Release Mode button is pressed. Not sure just how quiet it is, but apparently you can get 4 fps with it engaged as well.

Don't have the camera, so I can't help you with specifics, but I bet if you read the manual....

I have a book D3200 for dummies i will have a look through there for quiet mode.

I have this camera and yes you do have the quiet option..
