what options do you use in your my menu

just setting up my d7100, im interested in setting up my menu and id like too know what options people use in their personal my menu and why

im thinking so far

beep on and off
image jpeg or raw
picture style if i choose jpeg
format card
flash power control
white balance

Storage folder
Set picture control
HDR (only avail when shooting jpg only)
ISO sensitivity setting
AF fine tune

Isnt "Jpg/raw" and "White balance" shortcut buttons on the left of the display screen?
Flash power control = hold down flash button and turn front dial
Format card = look for two red colored words "format" on camera body(one by delete and another by shutter button"

I could be wrong though but this is from looking at my D600 and remembering my D7000
