A New Nikonite in DFW

Hello fellow Nikonites!

Just wanted to take a quick moment and say, "Greetings!" It has been a chilly couple of days in the DFW area. With the recent snowfall we have received in the North and Northeast of the DFW area, picture opportunities have been incredible! Hope to get those posted soon!

OK.....I'll bite. What's DFW?

Welcome to Nikonites. Could you fill out your profile a bit more, telling us what gear you use? Camera, lens, etc. It helps us answer any questions you might have in the future.

My uneducated canadian guess would be: Dallas Fort Worth ???
And then, I really don't mind being proved wrong.

Hello Randall and welcome to Nikonites! I have taken lots of photos in the DFW area, especially of my grandaughter. I love going to the Arboretum by White Rock lake, what a place to take flower shots. Anyway, hope you enjoy the site and come back often.

Snow in DFW? Seems like it's everywhere in the US. I hear every state but Florida.
