Effects mode: sketch

Has anyone played with this seriously? I have only done a few snaps, but find great care is needed selecting and processing the results. This ain't nothing special, just a fiddle

The results are quite good. This like any other special effect is pretty good like you said with the well chosen subject BUT it can get old very fast. I have not tried it in a long time but it might be time to try it again.

Yep, I dumped at least a dozen with only a couple of possibles, but I have not done any serious testing. I will have to wait till my body is back from re-hab and see what sort of still-lifes I can come up with.

That photo looks really cool! I haven't played with the sketch effect yet. Did you do any photoshopping on that image, or is it straight out of the camera?
