Beginner dropped into a professional setting

I am coming up on a year working as a professional photographer with my father-in-laws company. I am looking to learn more since there is limited time while on the job to actually be taught anything. I am bringing myself back to the basic and working on mastering the art. Any help is more than welcome, one thing I have learned is that in this business you will never know everything. I own a D7100 but use the D4,D3, and 700 on jobs. Looking forward to getting to know everyone here and learning as much as I can.
