Fish???

Went to the park today and saw fish eating the plants.



​There was about 5 of them in the one spot.

I'm confused. Is that on the street? Aquarium? I'm scared....

Looks like either a Bullhead or catfish to me.

I would say with the state of that water they are gulping for oxygen. In oxygen deficient water fish like catfish etc can gulp for O2 out of the air to survive.
