Mode Dial - v1

Hi
I am new to Nikon and this forum.
I have a V1 but keep having problems with my thumb moving the mode dial or the mode dial moving when I put it in my camera bag.
I can't find any solutions on the forum but guess others have overcome this.
Blutack is the current method, but really a very tacky solution!
Any suggestions?

I had the same problem with my V1. A small piece of gaffers tape is my fix.

This is what I did for the V1 as well. It works, and removes easily if I need to change modes.

Well I haven't had that problem with mine yet (but now that I have read this you just wait)LOL
