Need to ban a new member

Is there any way to report a post to the moderators? You need to check out a new member "Travers" in post #2024 in the "Post your flower Pics" thread.

Below the avatar on each post, there is an exclamation mark in a black triangle to 'report' any user/post..
You could use that or simply PM one of the mods..

Thanks for the info. I figured there was a place to report posts but just didn't notice the black triangle. Thanks for the help. I don't know why I missed it with it being so large and everything!

You may want to give the member a chance to explain the situation..
I have seen earlier in other forums that sometimes a virus or even a hack attack can post unnecessary material with a members regular post..

Seen it too often on other forums. Guy opens an account to try to sell something. Too much of a coincidence for it to be a hack. First post = spam = ban. If he's innocent he'll be back under a new identity.

I don't think it was an accident since it was also in his signature.

It seems I missed seeing the post, but it sounds like hundreds of spam that I've deleted and banned members for on other sites I was on staff on. It gets old real fast see pill and porn spam, and I give a big thumbs up to how well this forum is being kept spam resistant! Way to go! :D

I would also like to commend the outstanding job that is being done by the moderator team here on this site for keeping it clean of these types of things. I can appreciate the job you are doing because I have been one of the two super modes over on Photography Review for years and know what a pain it is sometimes dealing with this stuff. All of you are doing a GREAT JOB!!!! THANKS for making this an enjoyable place to hang out.
