Angler Self Portrait

I was fishing earlier in the week and the carp wernt playing ball so thought I would take a few self portraits for profile images for angling articles etc, was quite pleased with this one.

Think I could have done with a reflector but it isnt the kind of thing I take fishing with me, although maybe the shadow adds some mood to the photograph (rubbish excuse!)

Great shot mate, self portraits are definitely hard and I honestly have not tried a proper one as yet.

​A dead one!

Its a Carp, and was safely returned to the water - In the UK we take great care of our captures, they are unhooked on padded mats, antiseptic on wounds etc but anyway, this isnt an angling forum
