Hello all, can anyone give me some pointer on shooting a group portrait (25 people). I'm one of the new kids on the block but already getting many different opinions.

Equipment
AF 70-300mm f/4.0-5.6 Di LD Macro Zoom Lens
17-50mm f/2.8 XR Di-II LD Aspherical [IF] Autofocu

I have two strobes and two constance and no idea how to setup for this. It's in a clubhouse with low ceiling.

Thank you!

From your available lenses, I would use the 17-50mm f/2.8 for the shot. Place one of your flashes behind the group, facing a wall, and the other flash could be used in front of the group, or just off to the side. What camera do you have? You don't mention that.

By the way...what's a constance??

Agreed. Also, if you have a white celling try using bounce flash for the one in front. Dezzi45, your profile says you have a D3000 but you posted in the D7000 forum. Which camera do you have? Either one should do the job.
