I bought a point and shoot last Christmas to see if I would enjoy photography. Well, it has completely consumed me.........I freaking LOVE it.

Thanks for the hospitality.....much appreciated! I was used to a Sony Cybershot DSC-HX-200v, it was a very nice camera I thought for a P/S, and the 30x zoom was something else. So now that all I have is the kit version 18-55 VR, picture taking is a bit different.

I cant wait until the 55-300 comes in next week...I am hoping its a little closer to what I was used to.

Here's the first pic I feel is good enough to share, probably not the best place to put it, but then it wont be cluttering up another thread.

EDIT Thanks for the card reader advice, thats the route I went
