First time I'd seen a blue bee before

Downtown Jacksonville on the riverwalk I caught this guy with my Sigma 150-500mm. I don't think I've ever seen a blue bee before.

Actually, it's more a green, though I'll give you cyan on this one.

Looks more like a hornet than a bee, but BDH's link proves me wrong.
