Where can this dust be?

Taking pictures/videos on the beach. Pictures don't show any dust, however, when switching to video, dust spots are appearing.The dust spots are also not on picture live view. Any suggestions? I have attached portion of the picture when it appears in video, and then regular picture.

Could it be the aperture is smaller when shooting video, to accommodate the longer shutter speeds used in video? Spots are more likely to show up when the aperture is smaller.

The birds did fool me once! But this is definitely dust.

Blade Canyon, I set it to F22 and it did show those spots, although without the big one on the bottom left.
The camera is only a month old :( So I better going to a local dslr store for cleaning?

It's really not a big deal to clean your own sensor. Plenty of info around the web for do-it-yourself cleaning.
