The one thing I continue to hate about photographing this quite regularly is that I still can't manage to get a good look to the grass. It's always just kinda "meh". I mean, it's not dark green in real life, either... But I also don't like the look of it in photos, even though it's relatively close to reality.

The shots were amusing, fun, and pretty good. I like in the first shot the guy in the back that appears to be trying to cut off his own face and he's enjoying it (big smile on his face).

Take your meter reading off the grass.

Lately when I have been getting that bright green grass I have been lowering the saturation just a touch and it makes it look a lot better.

Nice images...Plenty of action happening...We have a grass from South Africa here called Kikuyu, Looks very similar in shade to yours...

That always leads to underexposure of everything else. I guess I could just constantly have my SB700 on, though.
