Lake Eola

Couple shots around the lake in downtown Orlando. All taken with a D3100 w/stock lens and 55-200 zoom lens

Beautiful fountain (first shot, the last one hurts my neck )!

Did you shoot the horizon intentionally skew in the first 2 pics? I would also have zoomed either a bit more to avoid the grass and leaves in pic 2, or zoomed less to get more grass and/or leaves

Yes, I always thought they looked nice on certain shots but the more I read around about photography, its seems to be a big no-no. Hahaha, I can use my big lack of experience on this one.

Thank you. I have a lot to learn and figured this forum one be one of the best places to learn. A lot of people with a lot of advice and critique

I haven't yet got the skills to make a good job of these things, you have got yes for image editing on your profile so thought i would give it a go.





The bottom one needs a lot more work that ime not ready for yet but what do you think.

Non level pictures sometimes looks good but landscapes normally are better level,
