I put a pair of photos in my gallery - looking for comments.

I took these on the way home from my 138th Angel Flight mission. I had just delivered a patient to Houston Hobby and the controllers kept me low while north-bound on the east side of the city.

I was amazed at the changing sky - the difference in time between the photos is only one minute.

I'm glad I carry the camera with me. I just wish it had a live view monitor as these were taken blind out a little vent window. The only manipulation to the first shot was to straighten and crop, while I got lucky on the second one - it's as it came out of the camera.

There's an old saying in aviation that probably holds in photography at times: "I'd rather be lucky than good any day."
