Correct, not a Ram. This would be a Canadian Parakeet. Not to be confused with the non arctic region parakeet indigineous to the tropical regions. The Canadian lineage must be much hardier to cope with the summer snowfall and the much harsher winter period when it doesn't snow due to the extreme cold. Instead many feet (woops I mean meters) of ice just appear everywhere.

Thank you, I live in the southern end British Columbia Canada so it's a little of both. We are blessed with an abundance of wildlife. The city I live in has 90,000 inhabitants, yet within 30 minutes I could be deep in the wilderness( which I do go every weekend).
