I like solo mode. That is something I learned in the LR3 course I took at lynda.com - I got a free 31 day trial of lynda.com with my CS5 purchase, and I took the LR3 class.

It took me *2* months to finish the course, though, as it was about 14 hours, give or take. After the 2nd month, I have been trying kelbytraining.com. I like both, would like to purchase a years membership at one or the other as it is discounted when you buy a year at a time - but I can't swing both right now.
