I believe it's a goose, not a duck. Specifically a Toulousse (domestic)

I believe you are right, geese taste good too but are a little greasier than ducks!

Definately a goose not sure which kind. Toulouse should be grey and Buff should be much paler. Looks like its enjoying a relaxing float

This is definitely a goose.
It's the bill that gives it away.
A duck's bill is usually around $15.00 but a goose's bill can be as much as $50.00!
