50mm1:2 lens question

Hey again.I picked up a 50mm1.8 AF a couple weeks back and have stumbled across a manual focus 50 mm 1.2 for about 40$.
is there any point in this investment,?

I think you're talking about 2 different lenses...

The Nikon 50mm 1:2 is an F2 lens... and $40 is a fair price...
There's also a 50mm f1.2 lens, and it's still made... the NEW price for that lens is $500... so $40 for that lens would be a steal...

So really there is no point getting an f2 lens if I already have a 1.8 AF. And I also have a 1.8 e manual lens.
