Cheap setup for basic " studio "

Ok I would like some help , I want to do a few portrait shoots of my family and grand child ( he or she will arrive 1 november) so I have YN468-II , YN560-II and Achiever828 flashes the D5100 , photoshop cs6 and the will to learn ! I have a limited budget ( $150 Aussie dollars ) , I am looking at this on flee bay Photography Flash Strobe Bulb Light Lighting Umbrella 3X6M White Backdrop Stand | eBay . Will this be ok or am I throwing money down the crapper ! So what do you suggest ?

Why not just go to a pro studio unless you intend to do a lot more portraits in the long run?

Quality of the construction are normally questionable but I'm sure you can make it work.

Check out the lighting products by LumoPro and CowboyStudio if you have a limited budget to get things going.
