Cheap setup for basic " studio "

Ok I would like some help , I want to do a few portrait shoots of my family and grand child ( he or she will arrive 1 november) so I have YN468-II , YN560-II and Achiever828 flashes the D5100 , photoshop cs6 and the will to learn ! I have a limited budget ( $150 Aussie dollars ) , I am looking at this on flee bay Photography Flash Strobe Bulb Light Lighting Umbrella 3X6M White Backdrop Stand | eBay . Will this be ok or am I throwing money down the crapper ! So what do you suggest ?

Why not just go to a pro studio unless you intend to do a lot more portraits in the long run?

Quality of the construction are normally questionable but I'm sure you can make it work.

Yes I intend to do more in the future !

As you have a couple of very capable flashes, would it not save a few Aus$ by forgoing the strobe lights and getting kits which take flashes instead?
Had a brief search and something like this: PRO Studio Light Stand Flash Speedlite D Bracket Mount 33"White Umbrella KIT | eBay

What Sam said... buy the pieces... without the lights... and use your flashes..
