Nice shots, Rod. I've always thought Barred Owls were really creepy looking, especially in flight. Something about that face.

Fantastic shots. I've only stumbled on one owl out in the wild while I had a camera, a young Great Horned, though I've seen others while out and about. Absolutely love them.
