Gorgeous day, 73º and not a cloud in the sky. Oh yes, and a beautiful woman in a bikini. D700 and the 180mm f/2.8 ED AIS @ f/4 with an 8x ND filter

I really want that 180 2.8 ED. Say, did you try your 300 mm on this occasion?

I have used my 300mm f/2.8 for portraiture when I really want to throw the background way out of focus. It works like a champ!

One more from the shoot. Againm the 180mm f/2.8 @ f/4. The sun was high and to the front but the lens handled the flare pretty well. The image is a little soft because the light beating down on the image made focusing with the microprism a little iffy.
