Interested in a wide angle

I take a lot of sport shots. Mainly ATV cross country woods racing. I am looking for a good Nikon wide angle len. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

What are you using now? How wide are you actually looking for?

Just bought the 24mm 1.4g. Amazing lens but maybe not the fastest focusing for action. 14-24 is superb.

What's your budget? FX or DX?

Can't go wrong with a tokina 11-16 for DX. It'll work on fx but mainly as a prime at 16mm

We really need to know if you are using an Fx or Dx body in order to help!
