I shoot quite a bit in aperture priority mode. This leaves the main command dial without a function. Is it possible to assign this to adjust ISO when in AP mode? I can do this on my D7000 but can't seem to see this in the D700's menu.
IIRC you cannot assign ISO to rear command dial. What you can do is to enable easy EV, and you can use the rear command dial to change EV compensation (without the need to hold down the EV button).
