Law suit waiting to happen?

hungry birds using the Angry birls image ? I visited and stayed in Quebec for a while MANY years ago. The funniest thing I did while there was order pizza (Italian food) only speaking English from people only speaking French. I ended up just pointing. Good Pizza though.

I had to take Angry birds off my computer. I was becoming obsessed. 3 stars or nothing. It's all that mattered..... lost sleep. Became cranky (crankier). It's gone now. I feel much better. :uncomfortableness:

lol:) It is addictive. My daughter loves to play it, she giggles at all the little noises the birds and pigs make.

Under trademark law someone can sue on grounds that a mark is 'confusingly similar'. I'd say this is pretty close, given the bird is red, of the same style, and they used the same font.
