Low Light and High ISO

Pretty cool! With the whole ISO noise thing, I always think to myself- at what distance/size would I view the images anyway? Say they're grainy and you were to make a hearty-sized print, frame it, and put it on a wall. You'll probably never look at it point blank too often, but at a distance they still good great, right?
