Taken recently during our trip to Nagano perfecture which was made even more popular during the 1998 winter Olympics. Matsumoto Castle is 1 of 4 remaining national treasure of Japan since it remains in its original form and was built before the 1700.

D800E, Nikon 16-35mm f4 VRII @22mm, f8, 1/200, ISO 100 with CPL filter.

I just love this combo when it comes to landscape. :D

It is if they turn out as nice as that pic Glenn :D

Thanks Pete.

Maybe in this case… I guess I just would like to see a little more detail in the shadows. But with the 800, you probably could just get them up a little bit.

Thanks for the feedback Marcel. I'll play with the shadows on the other images next time. It could be just a matter of tweaking a little bit during PP.

Thanks you.
