Nikkor 50mm 1.8G or 50mm 1.4D ..?

Anyone have experience pitting these two against each other? .. I will be choosing between these two very soon..

So the 1.8G or the 1.4D?


Don't care of the $$ difference. Just looking for the performance.

She will be slapped onto a D600, & a D7000 at times.

I have both & I like both, however the 1.8G is used more often. It works so well on my D800 & D700. IQ wise I like the colors better with the 1.8g
