Your welcome sir I'm not really that much into thom but this article is pretty slick...I'm trying to think of ways to poke holes in his logic right now but it is difficult.... :)

Can you imagine a camera that you focus after the fact? Whoaaa...haha

Do the new FX camera bodies have the phase detect AF technology that "works"? If not then I think we can look for that stuff in the bodies to come soon. D7200 that focuses fast and perfectly every time? :)

My understanding is that phase detect AF requires light hitting the sensor, so yes, we have FX cameras where it "works", but only in Live mode.

Interesting article for sure, but the most annoying to read - I had to resize my window as I can't read sentences that span a window that size (funny, but the rest of the articles on his site don't do that).
