Just got a D7000

Been in photography since 1967 and gone through many cameras. My workhorse cameras during my wedding film days (still have) Nikon FM, 28/3.5 and 43-86/3.5, Mamiya C330f, 55/80/135 mm lenses. I got back into wedding by the wife. My daughter had a D70 and friend had a Canon. I ended up with the Olympus system E1,E520,E30 with 11-22/2.8-3.5, Sigma 18-50/2.8, and 50-200/2.8-3.5 lenses that have served me well.
Needed another for some high ISO that Oly's were not getting. And as you can see I am comfortable with working with different systems.
When the D7000 arrived on the 15 of Jan and after charging the batteries I put on the 28mm manual AI lens set the lens like I used to for those that remember the DOF scale and just shot 3.5 feet to infinity at F11 using the onboard flash. All in focus. Here is the wife and granddaughter just using the manual legacy glass. DSC_9258.jpg
