Not sure about the NSFW tag... borderline get away with that depending where you work I suppose :)

Lovely picture though - would love to see more of her (well not literally her, but more of your work of her!!)

Thanks, Sam.

The only reason I add the NSFW tag is because there are definitely places of business that would deem that image as completely inappropriate. I'm not making a judgement and it's not how I feel about it but I know from experience that people don't all respond the same way, so it gives those that may have a problem that ability to skip it or wait to look until they're not at work. Simply a precaution.

All well and good but it's a precaution. That's all. Obviously, we can all go to a million places to see more skin. I've added the NSFW based on other forum experiences and as I said above, it gives people the ability to not look if there's any doubt about their place of business.

Keep in mind, some people are very stuffy and prudish and some would actually deem that image are borderline pornography.

Awesome work Robert, would love to see more. The skin colour looks so natural. How much editing?

Hi Ron,

If you ever have any questions about a shot or the lighting just let me know. I'm always more than happy to answer.

Hi Belo,

Thank you very much. I'll have more images of Dana in the next day or two. Most won't be quite as revealing. :)

For me, I get 95% of the skin color and tonality but using the Passport ColorChecker with an accurate white balance adjustment and a tone curve for a more accurate black point. That's all applied when the images are imported or when I shoot tethered to the computer.

Since this image doesn't show Dana's face, the skin work was straight ahead and simplified the retouching, so it only took about 30 minutes to retouch that image.

Rob - oh I know all about NSFW and it's many extreme forms!!
I've had to write IT policies that state any pictures of employee's children sent from an external source marked as "NSFW" in case it offends other employees who think you're spending too much time pondering over your family then you are your work!!!

I was just pulling your leg about losing the NSFW tag - there are certainly companies I have worked for where it would attract a warning from management, and other companies where management would want a copy!

Keep up the good work - your portrait/portfolio work is very inspiring.
