I am in but no list. I shall be an agent of CHAOS and post whatever interest me that particular week. I have marched to the beat of my own drum for nigh on 72 years and i am not about to conform now. "Live free or die"

Alright Mai, this one is for you. Going to kick this of with a conversion, something I seldom do. I will try and post every Sunday just to keep track of where I am at. Am already a little stressed by this commitment so will have to go have a bowl of chocolate ice cream as soon as I am thru with this post.

I have always loved the bare limbs of trees against the winter sky. They are so stark and without a hint of the glory of spring. _AAA4212 - Version 2 - 2015-01-04 at 15-44-09.jpg

Good start Ron, and yes. Chocolate ice cream does relieve stress.

Good start :-D Mmh icecream...

I like the picture. Specially the clouds, with your conversion they look almost like a painting.

Have you (or anyone else for that matter) ever noticed how trees develop a fuzziness before they actually start to blossom? The leaves are like teeny tiny fuzzy buds that resemble a baby's facial hair. It happens during a magical time near the end of winter but before spring has arrived.

Nice image of the tree! Although I am not a fan of winter, I do like this, Ron! :)

Thanks Hark. yes i have noticed that phenomena. Sure wish i could capture it in a photo. let's try to do that this year. this tree is directly behind my apartment and i will probably be doing mor photos of it this year. Going to post the color version shortly on my A Round Tuit thread just to show possibly why i choose to convert it.

Then let's just do it!! Am not sure I will stick with the same tree. Some trees show that effect better than others. Will just have to search in early Spring.
