Nice! The depth of field is surprising for the focal length.

Yes, this lens is nothing but amazing. But heavy for a long haul or long day in the wild.

The grand opening. This is a giant variety of the sunflower. Last picture was done last night and just now, what a difference.

Sounds good, but I wouldn't dare walk barefoot in my back yard. There are too many prickly, sticking, poking things out there in the desert. Ha!

Grabbed a camera to go and photograph some flowers after the roofers had left... Ah, 2 days of constant hammering over my head. It was about time it stopped.
So thinking I was grabbing my D810 with the Sigma 150, I soon realized when I tried to preview the DOF that my fingers wouldn't fit in comfortably. It just felt strange untl I realized I had the D7200. Pictures are great, but the handling was a bit unfamiliar, enough to cause a discomfort while shooting. So I guess I'm spoiled now.

Re: Marcel's 2019 Nikon AND Fuji shots.

I started a trial with Capture One since it does really better sharpening for my Fuji raw files, but I find that I get different and maybe better results with Nikon's Nefs as well. But to get used to a different workflow and tools is something else I'm not enjoying that much. A few shots from this morning at the garden. I don't know if we can appreciate the difference here, but for me, the color handling is much better with C-1
