I was born shooting Minolta, and Yashica. Made delivery interesting. :)

The biggest drawback the elder cameras have is lack of image stabilization, so a tripod can really help. That, or fast glass or fast film. I am blessed that I work near a camera store and also a CVS that still sells film. Kodak's 400 is pretty good but I prefer Fuji's Superia 400. Seems to have more vibrant colors, to me at least.

Congrats on getting back into film - it's FF without the "upgrade" path we all seem to have drilled into our heads.

Thanks. It's been relatively cheap also, the most expensive part is processing/scanning. The opposite of life in the digital age.

Hi Joe ,
Yes it did. Wow is an understatement. Shortly after I picked up a pristine F4. Between them I shot 3rolls,2 on the 90 and 1 on the F$. They're at the lab now, pick up is this coming Monday. Yup I'm excited indeed. The 90s with a D lens does autofocus so light speed fast. It's neat not having a preview screen. Ah the mystery. The 90 also drives my Tamron 200- 400mm af. And quick to auto focus with that. I also used a TC-16a with it so that I can now focus my MF lenses same with the F4. What a treat

Well thank you for asking and yes the pics will be scanned to disc so I'll upload some. Enjoy!----Alan
