That is some cool stuff Really like the one with the cigar.

I like that one too. It is the only one that is in a good place to shoot. It was across the road from all the others. Would have shot more but a guy drove up and told me "He don't like nobody taken pictures." This is way out in the country so I thought I should leave fast.

Great subjects. i was thinking a pity about the cluttered background in them but you have explained why.
now that you have some photos why not go ask him if you can shoot them and offer him something for it - like a few prints?

From what I have heard he is not quite right mentally. I did not shoot a photo of the house in the back but it is not a place you would want to walk up to. There is barbed wire around the entire place. But what is so funny is that all the ones I shot are right on the road.

He does have art exhibits and sells his art. That may be why he does not want people there with cameras.
