Day 3, jan 3rd. You get two today. Around 8:30, the outside temperature was -24 celcius… It wasn't cold, it was friggin cold. So I stopped by the river on my way to work and got an HDR of the road and a pano shot of a tree. D700, 24-120 f4, iso 200. The HDR was treated with the "oil paint" CS6 filter.

Jan 4th, Piano persons. This was kind of funny. I had the whole family waiting for me to finish the tuning without a whisper. Then I turn over and demand a group photo. It's not that often that I've had a group for my project. D600, 16-35, iso 2000.

Dont know how I missed these! Love the skys in both shots! The 2nd with the tree just grabs me... love the composition and the blue sky.. great job as always.

Marcel, these are a couple of very nice shots. By the way we get cold weather down her also, it is 45 degrees today. If it keeps this up I may need to buy some long pants.

Jan 5th, Last minute food shot. I made ginger-maple sirop marinated salmon with quinoa and green string beans for supper. It was absolutely delicious says my GF. :)

Jan 6th, I had to go out to shovel the snow on my back porch. Took the camera out once I was done with the shovel.
