Very nice messenger bag. Has enough room for DSLR with lens, flash, extra lens, misc. cords (remote, etc.), batteries, & camera manual. Of course, if you load it up, it gets heavy, so while there's...

    Nikkor 50mm f/1.8
Tiny little lens, known in the UK as a 'pancake' lens. Lovely solid all metal construction, yet little over 200 grams. The very short physical length results in a poor 0.6 m closest focus....

Sigma 1.4X Teleconverter EX APO DG

The dedicated APO teleconverters can be mounted between select lenses and camera body to increase the focal length by the power of 1.4x. The new multi layer coating reduces flare and ghost, which is a common problem with digital cameras. They demonstrate best performance with DG series lenses. They also offer maximum photography magnification by 1.4 x, without any variation in the minimum focusing distance. Compact and lightweight, these teleconverters convert your lenses into longer focal-length lenses, so you don't have to do a lot of unnecessary footwork.

Note: Sigma APO Tele Converter 1.4x and 2x are dedicated teleconverter lenses. Due to the high optical quality of this teleconverter, this item will only fit and work with a select list of lenses.

Review of Product: Sigma 1.4X Teleconverter EX APO DG
    1. Re: Sigma 1.4X Teleconverter EX APO DG

i have been using this converter with the sigma 150mm macro for a few months now. it works rather well with little, if any loss of IQ. gives me a 210mm focal length f4/4.5. AF still works, but at under 1/2 meter it gets unreliable unless in very good light. there is a little bit of play between the lens and converter but this does not give any problems. the bonus is , it gives 1;1.4 macro images without a reduction in minimum working distance. turns the lens into a great medium tele! a must have accessory for the sigma 150mm f 2.8.
