Nik tool panel missing in LR

Always using Nik via the panel in Lightroom CC but my wife was trying it tonight the the panel is missing. It is available and working via the menu system but that is a lot more clicks. The panel still shows in Photoshop. I seem to remember there was a way to make the panel show but I can not find it.

Any ideas?

I've been using Nik for years and have never known the Selective Tool to be visible in Lightroom, only Photoshop. Not disputing that you managed to find a way to make it happen but if you did it's not something standard based on the searches I just did.
