Lr 7.3 can't Copy/Paste adjustments with TIFF files.......

After I updated Lr 7.2 to 7.3, I could no longer copy/paste any adjustments from a finished TIFF to a similar TIFF.

After 2 hours on a chat room with Adobe support, we finally agreed to roll back 7.3 to 7.2 and report the error code to those that trouble-shoot and write patches to fix this bug.
The support person optimized my catalog, (no change), I made a new test catalog and added a few folders with Film TIFFS, (no change). he then rolled back 7.3 to 7.2 and I could Copy/Paste again with TIFF files.
We also tried RAW digital files with 7.3.. no issues, in 7.2, no issues.
It only affected TIFFs.

Win10, i7-4600m, 12gig ram, AMD Video card with 2gig of memory, 24" touchscreen monitor.

Anyone else have this issue with Copy/Paste adjustments in the Development Module in LR 7.3?

Was this one fixed?

I only shoot film and scan to TIFFs, So I don't want to update until this issue is fixed.
I do use Copy/Paste a lot with my TIFF files.

I'm not sure what exactly you're doing. I shoot film. Scan tiffs, and then import the Tiff into Lightroom Classic... from there, do edits like any other file... then I export finished images.

What are you doing Copy/Pasting about?

Edited to add:

Okay I now understand what you're doing. I didn't test that with Tiff files this morning... but I'm on a Mac and may not see the issue you're having.

I have had some odd behavior copying and pasting develop settings, but have been able to make it work by retrying the copy. This was with RAW files. It would leave out part of the copy, or simply refuse to paste.

With digital raw files there is no problem copying and pasting development settings to another file.

It is only with scammed film to Tiff's that I had a problem with copying and pasting development settings to a new file. I did try several times and got the same error message. The error message sounds like it is saying that I use the copy button but nothing was copied, then when I went to paste the development settings to a new file there was nothing there to paste. That's what the error message seems to say to me. The one that I put in the first post in this thread.
