Had the Nik Collection for a while in Lightroom, but now go to edit photos and Nik collection is not there, downloaded this about 4/5 times and uninstalled it but just won't go into Lightroom, (Mac) ?

You can run most of the Nik collection as a stand-alone program. While running the program, click on the menu drop-down for that program in the upper left corner... You'll see a menu option to "Install Plug-in" Clicking that will give you a dialogue box showing the status and allowing you yo re-install it as a Plug-In...

Thanks for the reply FredKingston, Just found out i had a ticked box in presets which was in preferences that was blocking the program to go into L/R :encouragement:

JUst can't find it on my PC.

Right click on the photo to be processed>
A drop down menu> click on "Open with" and a new drop down menu will appear
If the NIK collection does not show in that menu, then go down on the menu to "Use another APP"
The NIK collection will show up then (at least that's what happened with me)
After finding it the first time, it starts showing up on the drop down menu of Open with for the future.
