So here are the SOOC, Lo Res images from the magazine shoot I did last Thursday.

All that has been done to these images is cropped to 8 x 10 and exported to jpg.

I had the 24-70 f2.8 on 1 body and the 200 f2.0 on the other. Lighting was all natural + reflector only on the outdoor shots, the indoor I triggered 2 SB-900's

I send the magazine these and then they choose the images they want and then I send them Hi Res. KM1_2004.jpgKM2_5652.jpgKM2_5585.jpgKM2_5493.jpgKM2_5446.jpgKM1_2262.jpgKM1_2248.jpgKM1_2108.jpgKM1_2067.jpgKM2_5702.jpg

Very nice Kevin. How many do they usually select?

I took around 300 images on the day....

They had 4 different suits for the guy, 5 different dresses for the lady, about 3 or 4 couple shots in there as well and some close up "jewellery" shots...

They will grab at least 1 each of those - we also had a 1959 Rolls Royce Phantom to play and model with so I took a heap of images for that - they will use those as fillers throughout the mag.

Seriously, you need an assistant! I'm on my way. I'm bringing Dolly and Emmylou with me.:cheerful:

You are welcome Blacktop...
I am actually thinking about hiring another first shooter or 2 - that way my company can do more than 1 wedding per day... I turn away so many jobs because I am booked and I hate it.

Beautiful images, Kevin, and done so nicely!

What I don't understand is if this was an arranged shoot to replicate a couple, why isn't she wearing an engagement ring? Do the women still wear engagement rings on their 4th (ring) fingers in Australia?

Ha well spotted - I don't think they put that much thought into it. It was for a bridal magazine. These, amongst a whole host of other images will be used by the clothing designers to 'sell their look' for your wedding day.
