Two dark circles in upper part of pictures

I'm hoping someone can help me..
I'm using a Nikon Z6 and a rental Nikon 500mm 5.6PF lens. (But this happens with other lenses.) After I take some shots and bring them into Lightroom, there are two dark circles in the top portion of each of the shots. There's nothing on the lens, and I've cleaned the Z6. They stand out more when I up the contrast. Does anyone have any ideas what could be causing this?
I"ve uploaded a jpeg that has the circles...

Welcome, looks like a bit of dust on the sensor, you could try the sensor clean in the menu but that only moves loose dust around.

Welcome aboard. Enjoy the ride.
We look forward to seeing more posts and samples of your work.

I agree with Mike, they do look like dirt on the sensor.

I agree with everyone else, those are bits of crud on the sensor. When I use the Visualize Spots function in Camera Raw you can see there's at least a third major one at the bottom of the sensor. The rest of shot makes it impossible to tell if there are more. Regardless, you can either deal with this in post' or clean the sensor.

mtokimoto, keep in mind the image gets turned upside down which is why Paul mentioned the spots are at the bottom of the sensor. At a minimum, a rocketblower should be used to try and blow off any dust. If the spots still remain, then the sensor either needs some type of gel stick designed to remove spots or a wet sensor cleaning.
