Every time I upload my Image on facebook, it comes out little weird, where there is color it looks pixelated and lil stretched. Usually after I process an Image here's how I export it on my computer. Do you think my image file is too big ?

Also what changes do I make in there so I can upload my image on this website. Every time I try to upload an Image here, I get an error "File too large".

Resize to fit 1000 X 1000 Resolution 72 which is the same as you should be using on this site. Facebook and this site will automatically downsize your photos to fit here and Facebook and the automatic software they use does not do a very good job of it.

Of course, if you want to protect yourself from people lifting your images and enlarging them, then keep the resolution lower like Don suggested. So resize to FB, but at 72dpi. That is kind of what I do.
There are lots of article regarding posting on social media, and the image requirements tend to change from what I understand. I can't keep up with it all.

I have long been finished with Lightroom's export facility in favor of resizing and sharpening in Photoshop. There are lots of methods to do it well but I invested in a toolbar by Tony Kuyper a while back that came with his luminosity masking tutorials and the resize function there is as good or better than most so I just use that. FB recommends 2048px on the long side for photos so that's what I use. When I export from Lr I have been constantly underwhelmed with the results, no matter how I've tried to tweak it. I can't explain it, it's just my experience.

Hi , I've a similar experience with Lr, my pics look great when i BT them to my mobile but when i export from Lr they look grainy when put on my 49" tv...ok i know there's bound to be a drop in quality, but i'm shooting with a D7200 on max pixels, use the lowest ISO's i can..(even tho. pro reviews of D7200 on Youtube say there's very little noise as far up as ISO12800) so it must be in the exporting settings....I've asked a few fellow snappers and they say various remedies but nothing definitive. i tried lowering resolution from 100 (as advised by guy on YT..), to 72 and warning came up to say "raise resolution.. cannot export jpeg that low" I have ppi at 1400 for long side..sRGB, and jpeg....any ideas...sorry I mean.. ANSWERS!

Welcome, problems like these are better dealt with if you post a resulting image with exif intact, i have owned a D7200 great camera but i would keep it well under iso12800 most of the time.
